Build Professional Training LMS Platform

I run a professional training centre and I need a web-based Learning Management System that works seamlessly for an educational environment. The platform must let us create and organise courses with ease and give our instructors a clear dashboard for uploading content, scheduling sessions, and updating materials. Just as important, I have to be able to track every learner’s progress in real time—completion status, quiz scores, and engagement metrics—so we can intervene early when someone falls behind. Responsiveness on desktop, tablet, and mobile is critical because many of our trainees study between job sites. Clean user roles (admin, instructor, learner) and straightforward navigation will help keep support requests low. If you can implement a basic reporting suite and an export to CSV or PDF, even better. I’m open to the framework or stack you prefer—Moodle, Laravel, Django, or a well-maintained SaaS code-base—as long as it’s secure, documented, and future-proof for features such as certification issuance later on. Please outline your proposed tech stack, timeline, and a short list of previous LMS or e-learning builds so I can see how you handle course management and student tracking in practice.
