Hi, I will rebuild the whiteboard on Canvas (react-konva or PixiJS) with viewport virtualization, implement the v2 Figma design, and ship a JSON proprietary export/import format with save-reopen-edit document semantics. Miro/Lucidchart performance comes from Canvas/WebGL with viewport virtualization, not DOM/SVG. DOM-based whiteboards hit a wall around 200-500 nodes; react-konva or PixiJS rendering only visible nodes is the path to v2 performance.
