The three tools are probably the trickiest part. I’d implement them so they feel native to the quiz experience rather than separate popups, especially the text highlighting and scratch pad state handling. Once that’s stable, I’d build the results view around the existing JSON/SQLite structure, mapping selections against correct answers and explanations with a clean review flow.
