Supabase Lead-Capture Landing Page Build

I already have a reference page in mind and now need a streamlined landing page that mirrors its layout and behaviour. The goal is simple: drive lead generation by capturing visitors’ contact details and saving every submission directly into Supabase. You will set up the Supabase table, connect the form (name, email, phone) to it through the Supabase client API, and return real-time confirmation to the visitor once their data is stored. The finished page should be responsive, quick to load, and easy for me to restyle later with basic HTML/CSS edits.
