Main focus will be accounting + stock first, then extra parts later if needed. Best route here is PHP Laravel + MySQL. Easy to host on VPS, common stack, simple future maintenance. Main build will include ledger, invoices, customer/vendor entries, tax setup, purchase orders, sales orders, stock in/out, batch or serial tracking, user roles. Some practical things I’d add quietly because they matter: auto invoice number reset by year PDF invoice print CSV import for items/customers activity log for edits soft delete for safety daily database backup script low stock alert levels search by item code/barcode manual stock adjustment screen month closing lock for accounts Responsive layout so team can use tablets also. Clean screens, not heavy screens. I’ll provide source code, database file, Docker or normal server setup, sample users, and a short handover guide for backup/report/module add.
