We're looking to generate and increase the number of leads for our sales team. This project includes the following:
Step #1: Search companies in job portals such as Búmeran, Computrabajo and Zonajobs and that are in search of new talents (companies posting new job opportunities in these job boards). The search are restricted to prospects in Argentina, Chile. Peru, Colombia, and México.
Step #2: Search for those companies in our CRM.
Step #3: In the event that a company is not loaded in our CRM, look for the contact of HR leaders of that company and upload it to our CRM.

Considerations to make your proposal -> read carefully below:
a) The emails addresse must be corporate, that is, not gmail, hotmail, yahoo, outloock etc
b) The company must have more than 100 employees
c) The company must be located in a big city of the country
d) Human resources consultants are not accepted
e) You will have access to our CRM portal (Hubspot), Furthermore you will have access to [login to view URL], here you can see if the email adresses is accepted or not accepted
f) The generic email addresses of the company will not be accepted, for example: recruitment@
g) The contact person must be manager or HR leader
h) we consider 1 new email loaded in our CRM = 1 prospect
i) send us your proposal to obtain 500 prospects
j) we are looking for a long-term project. The 500 prospects is an initial way to meet you working.
k) Tell us about any experience you have that is relevant to this project.
l) We do not pay per hour, we pay for results.
m) We need 500 quality prospects. Period. The time it takes to achieve them will depend on you. If you want to work at night or on weekends, we are OK. They should only be loaded before the start of a new week.
n) Within the CRM a basic level of follow-up must be given to the prospects that you load. That is, if you load an email and it comes back bounced, you must fix it and find a new email/contact. If the person answers that he is not the correct person, you must respond and load the correct person in the CRM.
This project requires:
- Our CRM is hubspot, any previous experience loading contacts on this CRM is welcome.
- Intermediate Spanish is a must. Advance / Bilingual proficiency will be highly appreciated.
- LinkedIn Sales Navigator and email extraction
