Ultra minimal secure private messaging & voip system using Matrix/Jitsi protocols.

Hi, We need a web client working Matrix & Jitsi protocol. We detailed precisely what we need, so please read it carefully and only answer if you can deliver precisely what is written. Job is considered done once we have validated a working demo. Please only apply if you have experience in the area and a portfolio we can see. Thank you :) The app needs the following attributes: Tech: - Using Matrix / Jitsi + Highest E2E. - sepatate from the global matrix network & no possibility for users of that network to register with the same credentials on the global matrix. - Accept incoming connections only from one IP. - Users can't register , all registering has to be done server side. - Users can: message, send & receive files , call & video-call. One to one and [login to view URL] can create group chats and calls on their end as in regular messaging app. - Users can set their messages to disappear on read and set the timeout period - Messages have to be stocked client-side, no logs apart connections and issues on server. -All global app options & new users can be set through a web admin panel, web admin is on a remote server. - Users only login with screen-name , no email, paswword reset is impossible. - Admin panel has options: add user, delete user, edit site name, dark/light mode as site default, can't edit users credentials, no access to users passwords & messages. - Can't use app even Jitsi meet when not logged-in. Ban IP for 1hr after 5 attempts -All bridges to other apps are disabled. - Must be 100% cross platform & cross browser & includes push notif on mobile devices. -Clean code, the more open-source it uses the better. -Service has to be excluded from any search engine result. -Final project delivery must include a .sh auto-installer for the app to be easily replicated on any server. - Interface: -Must be as minimal as possible & have Dark/Light mode options, change display pic & logout. All other options are set by admin -Must be really clear and easy enough so kids & old people with no tech knowledge can use it easily. -No in-app branding at all nor links or references to the external libs/apps.
