Updated proposal. As we talked a data scraper to monitor 60 wallets and alert you via email if any significant change in balance happened. The scraper also required to record what token and how many is bought and sold and save these data into an Excel file. You can specify address of these wallets via an Excel file that the scraper reads at startup or the scraper can search and find these wallets by name of Tokens that you specify in a file. You also specify the percentage of changes in a wallet that should be reported to you by email. The project will take two days to finish. You are also responsible for providing a server (as we discussed DigitalOcean basic droplet for $5 per month is good enough). Thanks, Babak
