Full length video streaming website

I am looking for someone with experience in video streaming and web design to help create a Full length video streaming website. Video's that will be streamed are full length movies, commercials, short clips, pornography, ect.... I would like to have something similiar to the amazon e-book where the customer can charge what he/she wants for her entry; film, commercial, ect.... for others to purchase. If you have experience creating Netflix-like and/or amazon e-book-like websites, this will certainly be an easy job for you. I want it to be an easy use but am targeting independent filmmakers so they may be able to make money instead of getting turned down by film festivals. I would like it to be easily downloadable much like netflix main streaming. i would also like for each person who adds there video to have a personal profile with there entry as well. I would like the website to include recievable payments where the entry earns 70 percent and the site earns the remainder of 30 percent profits. Add Trailers - add hd/filmtrailers from website I choose and match the movies name so each movie will have the trailer which is associated to him by name . the trailer will be shown in the same tv-screen of the movie and there will be 2 button,one button "watch movie" and second button beside "watch trailer" both in the movie list and on movie page. movies for download section - update the structure of the script so movies will continue to load from the website. Add the trailers also as mention above ,add button of watch trailer beside the download button. tv series section for movies online - add a page of tv-series to the online movies section (like the one on movies for download with 4 list box ) . make a film module with other related films by genre [login to view URL] - design a forum so it will have a state of the art look and make forum for each country according to the user country. Automatically identify megavideo movies with the error "THIS VIDEO HAS BEEN REMOVED" and remove them from my website. Add A movie section, commercial section, broadcasting section, cartoon section, anime section, series section(tv like)- add a "Add A movie section,ect..... " like you see on movies2k without need to register ,make it only for embed code link ,notify me by mail for each new movie from this section and make for me a button "approve" "deny" that will add/deny the movie to the website and automatically send a thanks e-mail to the user. Add number of movies beside each category like that : action(12765) adventure(3992).... , in all sections. Lets try not to have bugs...... lets try to make it as e-book like but for films and trailers as possible with a twist of netflix. This sight is mainly for amatuer who deserve a chance. 16. Add an option to add an opening video clip that I choose in every movie on the online movies section and on the movies for download section before the movie starts/downloaded - I want to thank the user for watching in my website Im looking at going through amazon S3 for mass storage, but any advice for quick downloads and mainstream would be nice. i dont want any lag and hate when you have to pause then watch pause then watch.......make it to where once you buy the product it downloads to computer or other devices(mobile, ipads, alike ect...)
