BigCommerce Template Customisation

We wish to use a BigCommerce template for a site and are looking to work with someone who is experienced with Big Commerce. We will require some minor modifications to an existing template (Insert a panel with HTML links from the main site/template/layout and also add extra links to the navigation footer. We will also require assistance in adding products and/or categories etc. We only have 2 main products and perhaps 10 or so additional accessories that are available with those 2 products so it is not a big project. We would consider using some of the add on modules available by 3rd parties so once we decide on what to use, we would also ideally like assistance and integration. We do not require graphic design etc as we can provide pictures however if this is a service that you offer we may consider this also. We could supply a mock up template/layout in MS Word to easily assist you. As mentioned above, we could add the products ourselves or if you wish to do that we could provide a document with the products, categories, description, prices etc and you can populate. We want to get started ASAP and are hoping to work with someone who can support us on an ongoing basis as we grow. We would hope that the person we choose is not over committed and has a very poor response time to make any changes or communicate with us - we do not expect you to drop everything and attend to us but also we do not wish to have things dragging out - we are happy to pay a little more for good service.
