Associate Webmaster/Marketing Manager
We are looking for an individual, no agents or teams, to function in an administrative as well as technical position as an Associate Webmaster and Marketing Manager for our network of web sites. The selected individual will be required to work on adult (including gay) as well as mainstream websites performing specific duties that will be customized to the specific individuals abilities and qualifications to start but must include at least the following:

Marketing Manager
Log into affiliate programs obtain linking codes and code in html on our sites or enter portion of code into our search engine script
Select and place textual and/or banner ads in appropriate places on our sites either as routine ads or special promotions
Update affiliate links as needed, remove affiliates that are dropped and add new affiliate programs as approved and appropriate.
Research, search, and recommend new programs, plan for and implement special promotions and holiday ads
Review sales reports and make recommendations to add, remove, or modify affiliate listings or placements
Respond to inquires to sell advertising space, market advertising space and our own affiliate program
Overall responsibility for managing affiliate programs and links on our sites
Associate Webmaster
Implement all the changes needed to market and maintain affiliate programs
Perform minor site updates as needed and appropriate
Plan and schedule updates for all sites to keep tem fresh, attractive and functioning
Make recommendations for new features, new sites, new projects, etc.
Vacation coverage for admin email support as needed and scheduled in advance.
The scope of this position and the number of hours will depend on the person selected, for example if the person selected has other skills that can be utilized they maybe included.
