Design and convert my PSD template to html.

I need someone to make some minor modifications to my PSD template and then convert it to HTML and upload it onto my client's server. I need someone who is creative. The website is a 5 page simple website in psd format. I then need the design converted to html, and uploaded onto my client's server. It is also very important that all of the photoshop fonts remain EXACTLY the same when the site is converted to HTML. The entire website needs to look exactly like the PSD file after it is converted. This client will also have SEO work in place so I need someone who knows how to deploy an SEO optimized website website properly with very clean code. I also need you to submit a site map. If you do not know how to do these things correctly then please do not apply. It's very important that this website is deployed properly and that the client does not loose their ranking. Long term work available if the job is done to a high standard. Applicant must provide examples of previous work. The more examples the better. I need this completed in fairly quick. This should be fairly easy as there is not too much work here. This job should be quite straight forward for the person with the right skills.
