And here is my conditions: 1 I want the site like [login to view URL] website 2 I want all the site in Arabic and English language, but I want the Arabic to be the main language. 4 I can help with translation if you need any help. 5 Upload all the site to my server and make it work well. 6 Give me a copy of all the site after you finish the design of the site. 7 You must take my opinion many times to accept the design 8 Containing both fixed price and work with hours ( job type system ) 9 Adding of credit card and milestone service. 10 Adding of escrow service. 11 Adding of paypal payment service. 12 Adding of Cash you payment service 13 The site members can send messages and chating to each other. 14 Add the feedback service and I want it in comments and ratio celsius (%). 15 The ability to find the freelancer through the country, city, company, freelancer by search engine of the site. 16 Adding Affiliate service and install it on my site and teach me how to use it. 17 Teach me how the site work and teach me every thing that I need in the site. 18 The ability of deleting any project from the administration, I mean if someone post a job, the administration has the right to accept the project or not, so the project will not appear immediately. 19 Programming the site to take 10% commission from any project, when the payment has been made. You must accept all of these terms before you accept the job.
