Website + logo design

I need to design a website with a logo which will present a webdesign company. All features i need, are: menu for the list of our services (expendable). possiblity for linking to articles on this web page. SEO ready (must be CSS) One example subpage for services and one for articles Blind content will be delivered by you (i will edit to my own, just need to be perfectly editeable so i will have everything ready and will just replace blind keywords and article to ones i want). This is a starting offer, this page is mostly for individual or company which i hope will work with me on the other orders from my country, so if you do your job perfectly, you will have another jobs. Just need an excellent presentation and i know how deliver customers. Furher details, like name of the company (for logo) will be discussed via pm. Max. budget for this project is $50.
