Website Redesign in CSS

The website stratedge dot com needs a complete redesign / face-lift.
I would like the new design to be in CSS and have the pages load as quickly as possible. It should also be very user-friendly and easy to navigate.
The industry is Semiconductor Manufacturing so a cuting-edge / slick design would be appropriate.
Also, the website will need to have a 'password protected' area (to see certain drawings) ... in order to access this password protected area the user will need to give us some information before they can access it. (for example, once the information is submitted, they will have to check their email for the password to the section)
please send examples of current work to be considered.
we will also need 2-3 mockups of the new design so we can choose which one we like the best. after we choose which design we like, you will need to insert all the existing pages into the new template.
i am out of town this week, but will most likely hire someone by Monday 1/22 . This project MUST be finished by 2/10/07
