Quick PSD to HTML5 conversion + jQuery popups

I have two PSD. One is to be fully converted into HTML5. The other one is already converted into HTML5, but it has to have jQuery popup menus, which are not yet integrated, so it your job to add them in the current HTML. Of course, you will have to use the provided HTML/CSS to speed things up. I will provide you the HTML/CSS, and the two PSD as soon as I award the projet. This work has to be done today.
