SEO Expert Consultant - Link Builder Organic Only

I am looking for a SEO Expert that has a niche for link building. I need backlinks built for many customers and this will be an ongoing agreement/project work. Some clients need 25 links built and some need 75 or more. If you can prove to me that you are capable of doing this then PM me some of your current or past work/code and send me example of some websites that I can view that you have SEO'd. Automotive and Furniture industry a big plus if you have done SEO work for those. Also I need the consultant to be able to master all concepts and skills for all aspects of SEO and Social Media. This selected candidate will be working close with me through emails and instant messengers. AIM, Yahoo, or Google IM is required. I will be assisting in all SEO campaigns and this could turn into full-time work if your the one I am looking for. Also one other requirement is you must be able to speak fluent English since some phone interaction will be required. I urgently need someone to start this week and hopefully we can build a long lasting consulting agreement. Please no inexperienced or hobbyist apply. Also NO Large companies. I would prefer this person be an independent SEO Consultant but will be open to other options. This is for only organic, legit, and non hacking SEO consultants.
