Web designer and webmaster needed

Hi, I am starting a website soon and because I frequently split test my landing pages to improve response rates, I will need a web designer to frequently modify it (in terms of changing the headline, moving page elements around, the occasional format change, etc.) My initial project will start with 2-3 websites: 1. A landing page that has an editorial style layout. This website should strongly resemble a news page in order to establish authority and credibility to the viewer. This is what my sales landing page should be like. Besides handling the creation and modification (split testing purposes) of my websites, I also need my webmaster have the skills to do the following tasks: 1. Be well-versed in creating attractive site designs and layouts. Websites created should be flexible enough to be modified as necessary to suit my marketing goals. The design of the website can often have conflicting objectives: it needs to look good, but it also needs to do its job (i.e. make sales). I see myself as the person who knows best what elements are necessary for good marketing and sales oriented strategies. Therefore I need my web designer to be the person with the mind for aesthetics, and be able to incorporate my needs into an attractive and functional design. (Like the [login to view URL] page) 2. Connect my shopping carts to my order pages, and tie my payment processor to my shopping carts. (I plan to use [login to view URL] as the shopping cart) 2. Implement the Kayako Support Desk System into the sites. 3. Do logo design not only for the website, but also to be implemented in the label design for my supplement bottles (this shouldn't be too hard, since the labels for the bottles are fairly small, so the design should be simple) 4. Be good with brushing up photographs. I have several before/after photos that need to be touched up and integrated well into the site. 5. Optional -- help answer phone calls, e-mail support, and take orders. Good English is required for handling the phone support. Obviously a designer who can do both webmaster duties as well as phone support will have more work for him, possibly full-time work once my site is up and running. Because my site is new, I strongly prefer good webmasters who can give me a fairly low bid for the project set up and hourly rate to start. This does not mean I will pay this low rate forever. Things are on difficult ground now because the website is not yet up and making sales. However, once my site is established and we having a working relationship, I will make sure my webmaster is paid very well as he/she is now a valuable employee of mine.
