Build a Joomla website with forum, classifieds, banner, google ads, etc

Hi, This will be a gold related community website. I am thinking that that Jomla would be a good fit for this purpose. I expect you to provide the template. It should be easy to use from a PC and mobile phone (no monster buttons) Responsive mobile phone friendly layout. Components: -Kunena Forum with extensions (social, voting, photos, feel free to implement the classifieds in Kunena, etc..) -Classifieds with Google Maps integration -Banner ads manager -Google ads in various places -Business directory with Google Maps integration -Latest and most popular forum entries on main page -Latest classifieds entries on main page. -Latest business directory entries on main page. -Contact form -easycalccheckplus or better captcha -Site Backup/restore (daily or weekly automatic backups) Admin to manage the banner and google ads. Admin to approve the classified ads submitted by users Admin to approve the business directory entries submitted by users Admin to approve the forum posts for some users. Some users do not need approval. Some user posts will be approved by the admin. I have access to Cpanel. Single site login for all components. Security is very important. The captcha should have all possible spam protection enabled. I am looking for a completed project. Job half done will not be paid. You need to be able to show some references.
