Custom Payment Gateway for OpenCart

LeBeitaK is the first eCommerce company specialized in online household shopping in Egypt. We are looking for a payment gateway design & integration expert that can integrate our webstore with one of our local bank's payment services by meeting the following requirements: 1- Design & build a solution that integrates, inherits/consumes a payment service offered by one of the local Banks in Egypt (specific details will be shared later). 2- Solution should be architectured and designed to be hosted on a different (probably remote) server than the web store and with a separate MySQL database instance. 3- Solution must be generic, platform-independent & shopping cart-independent: a. easily integrated to most of the well-known open source shopping carts like OpenCart, osCommerce, PrestaShop, etc...) -- Specifically OpenCart b. communicating to other systems through webservices/SOAP or any other lightweight/fast and secure web communication languages. c. preferably developed using programming or scripting languages like C#, Java or PHP or other platform independent technologies. 3- Payment methods accepted should be Credit Cards/Debit Cards (Visa, MasterCard and American Express). a. should be able to support "Authorize and Capture" (sale) and “Credit” authorization modes. 4- Solution must be able to securely store card information for webstore customers. Once, a purchase is done on the webstore side, the solution must be able to identify the customer, retrieve the customer card information and process the payment accordingly with the bank payment service. 5- Solution must be able to return relevant transaction information accurately to webstore webserver. (success/failure status, errors, informational messages, etc…). 6- All connections have to be secure though HTTPS/SSL and other relevant encryption technologies. 7- Solution must be PCI compliant and meeting all requirements defined in the PCI DSS 2.0 Level 4 merchants (or at least implementing “compensating controls” instead) as it will be submitted for PCI certification. 8- Integration with the webstore and bank should be seamless. User experience (design, layouts, etc..) should be the same as if the customer didn’t leave the web store to submit a payment on a different server. 9- Solution must support English & Arabic languages (Arabic translation will be shared by our company) 10- Administration Module: a. Solution must have a user friendly administration module. b. Admin users responsible for the payment solution must have separate logins for the solution other than the web store logins. c. Admin module should enable simple, fast and robust administration for customer card data management, like editing, deleting and creating new customers card accounts. d. Other requirements shall be discussed upon project initiation as appropriate. 11- Solution Design and functional Documentation required 12- Submit a short document describing guidelines/best practices for PCI compliance pre-requisites (Not mandatory but would be a plus) 13- Submit an estimate cost for the PCI Compliance certification pre-requisites as well as recommendation for good QSA's (not mandatory but would be a plus)
