I need someone to create a new page WordPress theme that retain the look and feel of the site (header,footer, etc) of the provided screenshot. See the sequence of header, modifiable image carousel at top, welcome text and photo, records-switching between boys (grey) and girls (blue), Photo gallery snapshot, news/blog, social media, sponsors (link to their site) and may have to add social media and sponsor links, and then footer.
