Build me an ecommerce website

Am a young Zimbabwean student who wants to start a small business which helps people to easily find accommodation eg full houses to rent or cottages and one rooms they can rent or apartment flats in the big cities eg Harare Bulawayo and Gweru . People facing a problem of difficulties in house search or right accommodation accusation l would also want it to be a website where people can easily find items to rent . I want an website l want a website that people looking for accommodation / houses to rent or any other items to rent can come to IN search of accommodation or those things they want to rent out but l want them to pay for that services like getting final house address and land lords contacts This reapplication should have simplified low data system which can allow land lord to easily post accommodation . l want an application that can allow land lords to register themselves and l want the application to be very user friendly and also compatible to be used offline like with text or as a bot on what's app. l want an application that can be used by land lords to post an accommodation that he or she is letting out . l want the user who will be online to receive a code or something that will also be revived simultaneously be received by the land lord too he can then show that he has paid and it should be taken to the land lord the land lord for every cord he gets he knows that the person has come through the website the client whose the accommodation seeker should pay something before receiving a code . but viewing of pictures is free on the website .or on this application payment should start when persons now wants the address and landlords contact the cord is just there to avoid location being shared as one cord per view will be allowed
