Build stealth homepage for startup with Webflow or HMTL/CSS and basic CSS animations

Job Description:
We are looking for a web designer to build a simple stealth homepage for a startup. The website will be two full-height scrolls in size (i.e. 200vh total in CSS) and contain the following elements:
1. Name of company (we don't have a logo)
2. Main company tagline
3. Embedded YouTube video
4. Scrolling customer carousel
5. Some textual elements
6. A CSS animation that needs to be designed
7. Access sign up list
8. Sign in button
9. Footer
The site can either be hosted on Webflow or be a basic HTML/CSS/JS static site hosted via AWS S3/Cloudfront. No frameworks (ex. React) should ideally be used.
For examples of what we are looking for, see [login to view URL] Our scope is just two pages though so we do not need as much content as seen on Predibase, but we are looking for a similar layout/animation. We will work closely with you to quickly iterate on the project via Slack and occasional video calls. We also have some basic layout sketches in mind that can be provided but would also appreciate any creative input you may have. We are looking for a relatively fast turnaround (under two weeks).
