I checked out your competitor's site and I have to tell you this right away: I won't build an application like that. I take pride in my work, and if I'd built an app like what I just used, I wouldn't be proud at all. There's lots of room for improvement both on the editor functionality as well as the design. Here are some of the things I'd do differently, just to give you an idea: 1. Ditch Flash and use React.js instead. Flash has been found to have a lot of security vulnerabilities, so much that *all major browsers will stop supporting it by the end of this year*. On the other hand, React is famous for allowing you to build snappy, interactive web apps. 2. Make the editor easier to use by, for example, allowing users to enter object measures manually, as well as implement keyboard shortcuts (Ctrl+Z to undo, Ctrl+C to copy, Ctrl+V to paste, etc.). 3. The application itself will be the landing page. A friendly, interactive application is a lot more engaging than inviting users to read a 6-page PDF as a landing page. 4. A more modern design. This one should come as a no-brainer. I'm excited about the opportunity to work on a web app as robust as this. Most projects on this platform are more time-consuming and tedious than actually challenging, so finding a project like this excites me. I'm aware that my price is a lot higher than what you stated as your budget, but I really think that, on the long run, you'll be glad you made the extra investment. Best, Emilio
