Data extracting from shopping websites

Dear All, I would like to have someone who can develop arbitrage for any of shopping website and use the data to move forward. Here is the steps I want 1) Extract the top selling items from the websites ([login to view URL], or [login to view URL] or any other country) 2) Compare the websites and find same product and check the highest and lowest price on the comparison list with possible profits.
