Dating Website (Mentorship Network meets Romance )

Looking for a full website development team to help set up a dating website, including UX/UI design, content, website development, and SEO plan. (Project can be split by different teams, e.g. branding can be separated)
As for now we only focus on responsive web experience (mobile friendly).
The new dating site is a discreet, safe and highly secured environment, promoting authentic chemistry and entrepreneurial mentor relationship that user exchange business ideas and projects instead
The site has to include basic dating site functionalities:
- Language: English; Geo: US and Canada
- Subscription membership
- Registration, login/out, profile (view and edit)
- Search, nearby, recommended, filter
- video chat, group chat
- Asset upload, emoji in chat box
etc.
The new dating app is a sex positive community, we welcome all sex orientations.
My partner and I are in product management field but we need technical help on domain hosting and site setup.
Please provide your previous projects and high level estimation of project timeline, and cost. (We understand this will be MVP and functionality will be built iteratively)
