existing shopify store looking for consultant

I have an existing shopify store and am looking for someone who knows the various apps really well, and how to use them. As well as how to do the things i need on shopify. Examples are 1) Using my store for both consumer purchasing and wholesale. How do I set it up so that consumers see one set of items only, (the ones I have listed on my main website) and then retailers can login to an account (with password) or hidden webpage (no password needed, but not found through search etc) and see their custom products, which will have unique pricing based on the contract pricing we gave them. 2) How to assign by default different packaging to an order. Right now as far as I can tell only one packaging option can be chosen by default for all orders, but I want to know if there is a way to assign different packaging options to different items. So that when go to create a shipping label do not need to change it. Plus more things as they come up.
