Form to email script works on IIS 8

I have a website is runing IIS8. I used a template there is a contact form on this template but it is written php. I dont want to add php support to IIS8 sor I need to ad new form to email script which works on IIS8. Form is very simple (as you see in the screeshot) there are only name, email, subject message fields
