I have a site that was created as a mock up for sales presentations. I now want a better functioning site to take to market.

You will be duplicating the mockup's look.
When you look at the "Best Deals" page, that's the home page. What follows are coupons. We have categories at the top. The coupons can be viewed as ALL or the can be viewed under the appropriate category.
Individuals will get to the site from a landing page.

The website should display perfectly on mobile devices and desktop.
The new site should have functionality that handles what we’re doing now, i.e. full-screen ad that can link to a much longer ad. Instead of hitting a download icon, I think it will be better to tap the full-screen ad that takes one to the longer ad.
The ads should fill out the screen, both the initial full screen and the longer ad. Currently, the longer, downloaded ad has to be resized to fit the screen.
Desktop, tablet and phone screens should be viewed perfectly without have to resize to fit the screen.
I would like to maintain the simplicity of the mockup site. I would now like to improve the functionality to perfection.
