Joomla Website with CMS

I am looking for a web designer to create a website in Joomla to replace an existing “public facing” website with a fresh look and new graphics with a user friendly CMS layer. The site has a "secure" area (for users after login) but this is hosted elsewhere. The login button will redirect users to another domain/host where the main secure site is hosted. The current website is www.survpal.co.uk. I will host the newly designed website with my current hosting company ([login to view URL] based on Cpanel system which offers Joomla). All graphics, logos and text to be provided by me. Attached are the initial graphics designed to give an idea of the look and feel of the site. Please note these are a v1 draft, the final design and wording will change a little. The top navigation bar in these PDFs needs to be redesigned to be compatible with the existing site. The bar is also present on the secure site once users have logged in and therefore a seamless transition between "public" and "secure" can be made if the top bar is identical. Website spec: - 6 pages from top navigation as per attached PDFs - "Infinity" photograph to cover home page with slideshow (say 3 pics) - Video window on homepage (I will probably host it with vzar) - "Who is it for" page to include expandable boxes (similar to PDFs) - 4/5 additional pages in the footer to include FAQs (with expandable list via CMS), T&Cs & various policies. The key is for the site to be created using a relatively easy CMS framework so that staff can update photos, text, etc. in the future. No SEO required. I would ask bidders to provide details of intended CMS template in quote as this is key to the bid.
