Looking for developer who can work on Objective C/Java for my sources code which already exists -2

I have a project "it's a marketplace app for both IOS and Android + PHP backend "and the code is exists

I have worked on this project with a development company but unfortunately due to circumstances out of their control, therefore we have not finished the work until the point we should reach.

so now I'm thinking of re-complete the project again also improving a few things, so I'm looking for a developer who can work on the languages the project has been built with them and can go ahead with a deal like this.

by the way, the project has been made with the languages below

Android: Java language

iOS: Objective C language

Backend: PHP language (Yii Framework)

I can provide you with all things that you might need, at the moment I can give the APK for the Android version, the backend link which is already linked with the app with some small issues "some images don't show" and some pdf files from the latest updates with the previous development company that might help you to understand the project better as I hope so

In the beginning, the requirement is to set and link the whole project online on both platforms and the backend on my own accounts also with make sure all the functions are working as they were before, for example, the notifications the emails should send from the system, etc...

The second, improving the design.

Implement all the Job requirements and the new requests in the PDF file has been uploaded

regarding any bugs or issues in the code currently, should there is no, as it was working perfectly in the past But in case we face any we can discuss that separately and the cost will be on the new bill for that, not include this job

so the key of this job is to work on my existing code not to build new code
