I am looking for an expert in FLEX development to work with me on an existing platform developed with FLEX, ASP.NET and SQL Server as a Backend. this is not a one time project, we will put small weekly goals and make changes and build new functionality for an existing platform built in FLEX (eah milestone or period or development will be priced and paid accordingly what we agree on each stage after the work has been delivered). communication skills and constant communication is a big requirement as well as delivering in time the agreed functionality. as i said this will be a long term work relathionship if we find the right person. an online development machine can be provided to the right applicant so he can use it for development.

Hi, I'm Actionscript developer working with it for 14 years, I didn't use flex or mxml templates much as I code purely on as3 using Flashdevelop application most of the time, but I did some small changes using flash builder, I handle starling and feathers and deal with desktop and mobile apps using it, I have experience in other languages like javascript.
