Mobile Optimization for Online Job Application Process

Scope of Project: Mobile Optimization of Existing Online Application Summary: Acloche’s current online employment application is not mobile-friendly and we are seeking programming to create a secure mobile-optimized version. The project will require the cost-effective and efficient design, development, and installation of a mobile–optimized employment application within an existing website, along with the ability to obtain future maintenance and upgrades as needed and upon request. Current application: [login to view URL] Requirements for the mobile-optimized online employment application: • Must include all existing form fields with corresponding required vs optional fields • Must integrate fully back into Avionte Classic as it does today and auto-populate all data into a new employee file. • Must fully and consistently work in multiple browsers (including but not limited to Chrome, Edge, Firefox, Safari). • Must be responsive to accommodate various mobile device types/sizes. • Must be consistent with all Acloche branding. • Must include standard security features as recommended for the collection of personal user info. • Updates to the employment application may occur in the future and will need to be integrated upon request. Payment Terms: • Design, development, and installation: • 1/3 of total agreed upon cost will be released at the start of project • 1/3 when a functional testing version is released to Acloche • 1/3 upon full completion and final approval of project by Acloche • Future maintenance and updates (only to be completed upon written request from Acloché): • Payments will be released when requested updates are completed and approved by Acloche, based on an agreed upon hourly rate • Any maintenance or updates completed without explicit written permission from Acloché will not be paid Additional information: • Upon acceptance of proposal, Acloche will provide a written contract for review and approval by all parties; no work is to be completed or payment released prior to full execution of contract. • Payment will be issued in U.S. dollars ($USD) via check or ACH payment on the schedule outlined above; contractor must provide IRS W-9 form and banking information documenting the bank routing number and account number. Project proposals must include a detailed statement of work outlining the proposed design, development, and implementation of the mobile-optimized employment application, including all deliverables, schedule and timeline, requirements, and costs.
