Need our current website to be updated. All the information is on the site: redesign and form update.

A 1 page website. The website will be targeted at people who use the train service in the uk. The purpose of the website is to allow users to provide feedback on public transport. This feedback is offered as part of a form. The form will have around 18 different options for questions. Form: The website will enable the user to fill in 10-20 questions. Some of the answers to the question will have predetermined optional answers. Pre-determined Questions would be for example: What time do you start work? And the answers would be 7.30am 740am 750am 8.00am and so forth Another example would be how do you get to work? So people using the ap can chose the options of Car railway boat etc Another example of a question would be What rail company do you travel with? On this question their would be a drop down list or a free text box where applicants can chose from 14 different options. This is a very important question for the ap as the nature of the question will chose the relevant company to send the email to. An example of a free text question would be: Your Name: Your Full Address Your Email The ap will need a function where users can take pictures either on the ap or be able to upload pictures from their phone (from their gallery ). This is a very important feature of the ap. The user will go onto the website. Fill in the form (including uploading a picture) The user will press submit on the form The form will be sent via email to the relevant 3rd party from the websites email The form comes from our Email and CCs in the user The form comes from the User and CCs us in. At the bottom of the site will be an FAQ section with maybe 10-12 questions. We currently have a website with a domain name and a generally layout however this all just needs to be updated. This should be a one page website with the following Train/Rail theme Promotes the benefits of using the website (we can provide) Provides information about our service Have an online form which once submitted sends an email to a third party and CCs in us or the user The form will have an area where people can read the Terms and Conditions. The form can only be submitted when they have ticked a box to say they agree with the terms. An FAQ section Should be easy to update if required The site should also be mobile friendly if possible but this is not essential as the mobile ap will be made within the next month. Marketing We have at the moment about 50 people who will be using the website when it is created. These people are currently using the current website. Year 1 about 4000 users Year 2 about 8000 users Year 3 26,000 users Once the website is made we will be getting involved in a heavy marketing plan which during the next 12 months will be done all over the UK.
