Redesign of Personal Website for Book Promotion

Job Description:
I am an author who needs to redesign my personal website to promote my new book "Attention Reframed", which is currently in pre-order on Amazon: [login to view URL]
IN YOUR PROPOSAL, ONLY GIVE 1 or 2 WEBPAGES OF A PERSON THAT YOU HAVE DESIGNED THEIR WEBSITE.
The website that needs to be edited is www.romanmartin.info.
The website uses Wordpress + Elementor. You will have to use only these two apps and no add any extra code, so that I can later edit the text and layout without having to contact you.
I have attached a new format that the website should have, but it should retain the same design and colors that I already have. Some elements of the current Home page will be moved to the Bio page, and there will be an additional menu page called Resources, which will include two pages with downloadable PDFs. Also the logo of RM would have to be smaller, and the name bigger.
The menu should include Special Launching Offer (which will be a link to a section of the Home page), Resources, Bio, and Contact.
I am looking for bidders who have experience designing websites to promote books and can provide examples of their previous work. I am also looking for bidders who can provide a reasonable price and timeline for the project.
Deliverables:
A redesigned website in Wordpress+Elementor that promotes my new book and includes the necessary pages and menus.
Upgrade the Wordpress and Elementor apps on the website server to the latest versions.
The website should be responsive, visually appealing, and easy to navigate.
The website should include downloadable PDFs for resources related to the book.
The website should be optimized for search engines.
The website should be completed within the agreed-upon timeline and budget.
