Software & WordPress Website Developer

I'm looking for someone I can work with that has talents in two areas: 1. Software Development - build a client portal 2. WordPress website building I need a portal that allows website clients communicate with us... - They should be able to chat with us. - They should be able to send messages to us. - They should be able to send us content (to post to their website). - They should be able to send us images & whatever else they need posted to their site via our portal. - The portal should provide status updates (is the task completed?) - What else do you suggest should be added? After creating this I need your help with creating awesome WordPress based websites for our clients. Can you work online during my timezone?
