It's pretty simple in my mind, but explaining it is the hard part. The best way to put it, www.recell.com. Clone it.

I have acquired a mass amount of used phones recently. I need a site that will sell them.

Here's the twist. I want the site to be able to distinguish between regular consumer customers, and retail shops who can buy the phones at discounted (wholesale) price by purchasing more than 1 unit at a time. There needs to be an approval site where retail shops fill in their info, business information, Business License number, etc. Regular consumer customers wouldnt need to login, they can just pay with their credit card or paypal, etc. Retail shops could have the option of using the same payment details, or upon account approval use COD, or other means of payment.

I would need an easily accessible way to add new products to the database with the respective costs, and amount on hand.
