Website for small business

Hello, A family member of mine currently operates a small business in Surface Repairs. They have a very mediocre website which does not represent the quality of their work. I am looking to hire a freelancer to design and code a four page website. The main three pages only need to explain what the business does, what sort of surfaces they work on, and provide contact information to the visitor. There is however one additional page which will require some coding capabilities. This is a 'Repair Estimator' which is explained down below. The focus of this project is primarily on the look and feel of the website, and will require you to source beautiful stock images which would give the business a professional and sleek design. Background Info: - Type of work: fixing chips, cracks, and other damage in a variety of surfaces - Surfaces worked on: Timber (Floors, stairs, cladding), Stone (Marble, Granite, etc.), Tile, Laminate, Cement, Vinyl Required website pages: - Four page design: Home, Repair Services (with drop down list to scroll to each page section), Repair Estimator, Contact Us. - Home: very simple landing page with a contemporary interior stock photo, showcasing a number of different surfaces. Text would be provided as a simple 'about us' to the visitor on this page. - Repair Services: this would be a single long flowing page which would have each of the surfaces worked on (Timber, Stone, Laminate, etc.) as it's own page wide section, one after the other. In each section would be a description of the type of work which can be done to the surface (filling cracks, removing burn marks, fixing chips, etc.) along with a before and after photo on the left side of the text to give visitors an idea of what this sort of repair may look like. It would also be great to have a number of smaller thumbnails below the description which when clicked can open to show a larger before and after photo from different previous jobs. Each section would have a different number of thumbnails (5-15 thumbnails). - Repair Estimator: this page will be a three question form which requests the visitor to input Length, Width, and select from a dropdown of Material Type. Once selected, when they hit submit, an estimated minimum price for the repair will appear. The owner will provide a price per square cm, with an additional minimum add on fee to enable this calculation for each material. There is no other interaction necessary on this page, only that when the user inputs different measurements and selects different materials, that they can calculate an estimated price which would simply state 'From $XX, contact us for a full quote today'. - Contact Us: again very simple page with contact details and some text for what information to provide when emailing, and a phone number. Style / Colours: - The images used throughout as design elements will need to be sourced by the website creator. They should be generic images of interiors with modern / contemporary finishes and surfaces. I would also recommend finding some generic images of the different surfaces that are worked on (marble / timber, etc.) to use in the website as part of the design. - Specific before and after photos and past jobs completed will be provided for content, along with the text. - The logo is attached to give an idea of colour palette for any feature elements. Overall the theme should be white and light/dark greys with bursts of orange/yellow from the logo. The person selected will be the one that showcases the closest style matching to what the owner is looking for.
