Wine Web Site redesign

I need my current web site [url removed, login to view] redesigned.
This is my feable attempt using dreamweaver and as you can see it looks fairly ammaturish.
The web site is purely a hobby of mine and not a commercial site. I make home made wine and write info on my results and post pictures for people to see.
What I would like is to get a whole new look and feel. Something a lot more professional looking. The content will stay basically the same although I would like to differentiate between different years that I make wine and its results.
I use a program called Jalbum ([url removed, login to view]) to create the html and thumbnails used in viewing the picture gallery. I would like to continue to use this program if possible.
