UX Wire Frame Design

We need a wire frame design creating for a website.
This will be a re-design of an existing website, so you can view the current content, which we will be copying across to the final design. We require an online interactive wire frame, uploaded to our own hosting server. The wire frame will be black & white with no graphics (placeholders instead of graphics), the content will be "lorum ipsum" to show where the text would be, except for menus - these must be the actual text. The idea is that the client will be able to see how the final site will be laid out and go through the UX (User eXperience) so they understand how the website will work. We will be completing the final (graphical) design ourselves.
We need this completing by Sunday 19th February at the latest. The design will involve an iterative process so the client can try it out then feedback with required changes. The successful bidder will be an expert in the design of the UX for websites - please note: this is a different skillset to a web designer!
Finally, please don't ask what our budget is, you can get an idea of what we expect to pay from the size of project. If you do ask us for a budget you will most likely not win the work.
