Need some help with windows server 2016 essential

I have a windows server running at a client.
Recently installed licence call to be able to log in with more then 2 accounts. (RDP)
Only windows still limits RDP connections to maximum of 2.
Tried some reg edits and Group Policy but did not work.
Should be a simple task for someone who know what he's doing
