Openvpn configuration (Windows server 2003)

I want someone to configure Openvpn on my dedicated server. I want my home and office PCs to be able to connect to the server through Openvpn and navigate internet showing the external IP of my server. If my server goes down during an Openvpn session, I want the client(s) to be unable to navigate the web until Openvpn service is closed. The winning bidder must provide a documentation on how he did it, so that I can reproduce the process step by step. I will provide remote access to my server. I posted this project twice already, but one of the guys disappeared, the other was unable to deliver. So please bid only if you actually understand what I want. I won't consider any bid with standard messages: you have to PM me.
