hello, I am a software developer using visual studio and c# for software development. I have experience in the coding and launch of ERP systems and also POS, with features such as Reports(Crystal Reports), Accounting, Users and Purchases are stored in the database(SQL). C# and .NET are fully compatible with windows so the software will work well with the operating system. We will have to discuss more to know of the features that you need to be added to the syatem.
