Embed Styled Google Form in Wix

I have an existing Google Form that I want shown in full on my Wix site, but it needs to look as though it was built natively in Wix. I’ll supply the form link; your job is to generate the embed code, place it in the correct Wix page (using either the HTML iframe or custom embed option), and then style it so it blends seamlessly with the rest of the site.
