Convert a XD file design to Divi

We want to update design for an old looking website. We have 3 pages wireframe in Adobe XD. I now need a DIVI EXPERT with solid skills in CSS who can take the XD file and create pixel perfect design in Divi. Once done, the designer can then copy one of the 3 pages to create rest of the pages of the old website. The designer just need to copy a page from the new design, and add content and images for like 15-16 pages from the live website, nothing time taking or huge effort. So, just design 3 pages and use one to simply copy and add content for rest of the pages from the live website. Need someone sincere and knows Divi and CSS very well. Can complete with speed without delay and excuses of not able to create pixel perfect design. Please bid fastest, need to complete by 1st October.
