make parent menu clickable on mobile

Hi guys, i have an issue with my mobile menu. The main js. seems to disable the click action on parent menu. I have my current menu modify like split button function. Click on the text on "Colour range" to open page, click expand icon to expand submenu. Current problem with the menu is, you can't open page with a click on parent menu, it only show a dropdown menu.
