modify wordpress responsive directory / classifieds theme

Applicant must have experience with responsive directory [login to view URL] See video for more information [login to view URL] My site is here [login to view URL] I am using the above theme, modified using a child theme. I am also running a classifieds plugin "another wordpress classifieds" I need the following done. a. Modify the way classifieds are added, so users first have to choose a business listing to link a classified too. b. Modify the business listing and classified listing pages, so the business listing pages list the classifieds linked to that listing, and the classifieds link back to the business listing page. c. I pretty much want the business listing and classified listing pages to look like they do on this site [login to view URL](its not a wordpress site, you have to feature match for it) so you need to redesign both the listing and classifieds pages to look more or less like this. d. When showing the classifieds on the business listing page show Title Category Breed(if Exists) Gender(If existss) Image (thumbnail please - don't re-size the large image down... use a correctly sized image) Alt tag for image should be classified title. e. There is a problem with the classified categories pages that needs fixing eg [login to view URL] <title> should be <title>Birds for Sale</title> so should the <h1> but instead it shows browse categories Work must be done in such a way, i can update the main theme, and the classifieds plugin in the future and everything will still work. Don't update core files, core theme files, or core plugin files.
