Proposed Post and Order tracking system (Logistics and financial) is a system that will be used in a small business company that used to receive orders from "Online stores" (clients) and deliver them to customers, the main role of this company is to play an intermediary role between online stores and customers, all of these online stores use "cash on delivery" as only payment method which means that the company will deliver the order and receive "total order amount" in cash plus shipping fee. Later, by the end of the specific period (day/week/month), the company will send the statement of each online store/client informing them to come and collect the amount of total delivered orders as per attached flowchart. the system should also be able to provide reports based on specific filters like but not limited to (client, Order receive date, order delivery date, location/city, order status, etc...). The system should have a dashboard for a deferent type of insight like total orders, pending orders, delivered orders, etc.. The system is to be hosted on Digitalocean cloud directly. (cloud computing experience required). Basic technology to be used is PHP and MySQL, preferably WordPress or Drupal. Currency is IQD (Iraqi Dinar) Support privileges and users roles. The system should be able to provide reports in PDF and Excel format. The financial proposal should cover 2 months maintenance after delivery of first system version.

We need to build a mediator system where you will take all the product info from shopkeeper and will update it in system secondly the info will be share with customer and they will order the product which you will deliver. Complete process will be on record on the system and payment will be done on the basis of that Another point which you highlighted is that payment mode will only be cash. I have few queries regarding the system i.e product delivery will be done by you and your team but how you are going to get the products from the shopkeeper. Will there be any pick up facility also.
