Redesign an existing website with new brand guidelines

We are ClickedOn. An Australian Digital Marketing Agency that services a portfolio of trusted onshore and international brands. We service many industry vertices including fintech, healthcare, telecommunications and retail. Our business has grown rapidly over the years so we need to realign our brand experience to reflect the essence of ClickedOn. Our Service Design team is currently performing primary research, including focused interviews with clients and non clients. We have conducted competitor analysis and are synthesizing the results of all research to come to a brand identity that speaks to the needs of our clients whilst being true to who we are. The Web Developer/UX/UI designer will be an extension of the Service design team, helping them translate the brand identity to an online experience. The scope at this stage is for specific digital channels: search and website for mobile and desktop. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES The key responsibilities include the following: - Participates and contributes to ideation - Work to gather and understand the design requirements of a project - Produce beautiful and intuitive website designs considering the boundaries of the wordpress template - Produce high quality collateral and designs such as: Miro boards, workshop outputs, service descriptions and supporting documentation. - Undertake other work activities you see fit to contribute towards getting to a good solution. To be successful in this role, you will have: - Relevant qualification/diploma/degree in Design or Computer Science - Knowledge and understanding of user centred design process fundamentals and methodologies - Passionate about creating great wireframes, rich interactions and high quality deliverables - A strong desire to solve usability related challenges and find the most innovative solution to a problem - Solid design skills based on expert knowledge of fundamental design principles, colour theory and typography - Knowledge of Design Thinking preferable - Enthusiasm and a positive mindset - Experience with Miro/ Mural and Wordpress
