Hi,
we are looking for someone to create a wordpress plugin that will make a site similar with the same functionalities as the following: [login to view URL] [login to view URL] [login to view URL] (oneflare uses wordpress) Briefly: Customers find trades people by typing in their suburb and the type of trades person and job they require. Then, the software selects 3 trade persons to give a quote. When a quote is given, we charge each of the 3 trades persons (so it would be pay per lead) If for example, there are 50 trades people that meet the criteria and area then it will randomly choose 3 for a quote. So it makes it fair for all trades people using our platform to get work. If a credit card is declined then the trades person gets an email but is stopped from being able to quote. and the software chooses another person.
When a trade person wants to join our platform to supply a service they will need to provide their credentials and when they are submitted it needs to be approved. When it is approved they get a welcome email etc.

Before a business is able to quote on a particular job lead and communicate with the customer, they must pay the stated lead price which varies between jobs based on a range of different factors. If they do not wish to pay the lead price, they must mark the lead as ‘discarded’.
